The OMS Lions Seventh Grade fell short to the Harper Lions 24-12. The young Lions played hard, but were not able to stop a late drive by Harper that extended the lead. The Lions were hopeful that they might get the ball back and make a last minute drive to take the win, but on this night it was not meant to happen. Rico Capetillo and Hudson Fowler did a good job holding the outside and forcing the inside run. Rojelio Capetillo did a good job in the secondary. The Lions will host the Junction Eagles at 5 p.m. Thursday at Lion Stadium.
