The Lions came out and connected on three ling pass plays the first half from Hudson Fowler to Michael Daniels that gave the Lions a 20-0 halftime lead. The Lions scored one last time the second half and the Longhorns were able to cross the goal line on the night with the score ending 28-8 in favor of the Lions. The young Lions lost to the Longhorns last year 20-13, but rebounded this year with an outstanding defensive and offensive outing. The Lions will travel to Mason Thursday, Oct 29 to face the Cowpunchers of Mason with kick off to follow the 7th grade game which is at 5 pm. Come out and support the young Lions!!!!
