The 8th grade Lady Lions traveled to Christoval Monday November 15 to take on the Lady Cougars. The Lady Lions lost with a score of 15-28. "It was a touch loss the scoreboard really doesn't show how well we played. We did a fantastic job of breaking their press, we just couldn't make a shot." states Coach Esparza. "We are very proud of the way the girls continued to fight back and keep playing hard. Our defense was much better in the 2nd half and we made some good decisions with the ball."
