The Lions traveled to San Angelo and took on the TLCA Eagles. What started as a tough defensive battle turned into a shootout before halftime. Trey Preddy scored on a 30 yard run to tie it up at the half 6-6. The ball was exchanged by both teams and a few interceptions in the second half by Graciano Garcia, Andres Quiroz and Trey Ruiz.
